Andrew Kaufmann

CEO

Andrew has over 35 years of experience in the financial services markets, both in New York and London.

Andrew began his career at Bankers Trust in institutional fixed income sales and then moved to FX market-making before pursuing a long and distinguished career in business development.

Andrew has held roles at firms including SS&C, SunGard (now FIS) and other software and service providers, with a primary focus on the asset management vertical.

The founding of the Time to Give Network is a culmination of Andrew’s professional experiences and the many valuable relationships that he has forged over his career.

With nearly 30 years of expertise in business transformation, T specialises in organisational design, operational frameworks, and driving efficiency to cultivate high-performing teams.

Renowned for managing complex global projects with strategic insight, precision, and collaboration, she consistently delivers measurable, impactful results.

Beginning her career in the entertainment industry with leading music, TV, and film brands, T has since worked extensively with charities and non-profits, helping them enhance operational efficiency, establish scalable frameworks, foster engaged teams, and build systems designed for the future.

Matthew Crisp

CHAIRMAN

Matthew’s career in financial and professional services began 30 years ago when he relocated to Vietnam with Barclays.

After completing a Masters degree, he trained as with PwC in London, specialising in Alternatives, particularly supporting trade sales and IPOs of funds and managers.

In 2008, he became a partner in Sigma, a London boutique professional services firm, and on joining Cordium (later ACA Group) in 2013 led the integration of both Sigma and HedgeStart into the group.

2020 saw Matthew lead the carve out MBO of Wheelhouse Advisors from ACA, where he was CEO until a successful trade sale to Centralis Group two years later.
